What a dream! We loved it so much. I’m still not sure how we end up with such fabulous seats (I think I must have booked super early) but it was such a treat to be situated second row. The acoustics were phenomenal from our position-lucky us!

Tip-top sound and musicality
My 12 year old granddaughter was mesmerised.
You probably don’t realise what a wonderful sound that you all make whilst you are
concentrating on the music, but I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a performance of
Dido and Aeneas more. It’s a shame that it’s only on for one night,

All my friends felt that it was a magical evening. Apart from the music making, everybody praised the inspired selection of the programme (thank you for that Jamie, apart from everything else). The greatest compliment was paid by the greatest connoisseur among my guests (a composer and producer of Sky Arts documentaries), saying he was “enraptured and repeatedly moved to tears”.
